Generation Z is a comedy-horror series made for Channel 4.
In the town of Dambury, a chemical leak outside a care home starts an apocalypse led by pensioners hungry for human flesh! A group of teenagers are caught up in the virus when one of the gang’s grandmothers becomes infected and attacks her.
TV Extras Casting in Wales
Uni-versal Extras provided casting support for Generation Z, a 2024 TV series filmed across South Wales. Locations included Newport, Cwmbran, Cardiff, Merthyr, Brackla, Coed Eva and St Athan.
In addition to extras and background roles, UVE also cast some specialist parts including a stand-in for Anita Dobson who plays Janine.
