Visiting Friends

Fantastic experience as a French Govt member running for my life in the Paris Catacombs (amazing set at Great Point Studios, Cardiff) in Young Sherlock. Met a lovely bunch of fellow SA’s. Very grateful to UVE for enabling the opportunity. Communication and clarity from them was first class. Thanks!

It was wonderful to be cast alongside Jack [Whitehall] for the BRIT Awards 2026 as a Coffee Shop Barista. It was my first acting role since joining Uni-Extras. The whole cast and crew were wonderful, from first meet-up to the finish. [They] made me feel part of their crew. Thank you all involved; much appreciated.

What absolute whirlwind of a Saturday! This was my first job with UVE and on TV. I had the most incredible experience being part of the full production for The Brit Awards. I was treated so well by everyone involved. Thank you so much for the opportunity!

Had a great time as one of the regular policemen on this. Great bunch of SA’s who have become friends. Amazing locations which you get to see whilst being paid. As my first time on a screen set, naturally I was a bit apprehensive and keen to make sure I did everything right! The Universal Extras team were always super friendly and helpful on the phone, and I was never made to feel silly for asking a question about how the casting and booking system worked. All the details sent to me before the fitting and shoot days were clear and timely, and made the day go smoothly. I really enjoyed the work and hope to be back again soon!
