Bad Tidings

Bad Tidings is the story of grumpy home-security expert Neil (Lee Mack) and his neighbour Scott (Chris McCausland) who can’t get along.

When local crime family, the Brennans, decide to rob every house on the street in a single night, the pair must set aside their differences to defend their street and save Christmas.

Film Extras Casting at Elstree Film Studios

Uni-versal Extras supplied casting support for the festive feature film, Bad Tidings. It premieres on Sky TV.

Filming took place at Sky Elstree Film Studios in Hertfordshire and Romford, East London.

In addition to extras and background roles, UVE also cast some specialist parts including stand-ins, body doubles and named character parts. Stand-ins are used to help prepare the scene before the actor/actress arrives, for example to make lighting decisions, where body doubles often appear in the final film in place of the actor/actress when their face is not visible.

Uni-versal Extras provided body doubles for Chris McCausland and Rebekah Staton, and stand-ins for Lee Mach and Chris McCausland.
