Wicked is the screen adaptation of the popular Broadway musical – originally constructed from Gregory Maguire’s novel “Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West.”
Brimming with a star-studded cast of A-listers, this magical movie explores the untold story of the witches of Oz – long before Dorothy arrived – following Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo), the future Wicked Witch of the West, and her unlikely friendship with the beautiful and ambitious Glinda (Ariana Grande), as the two hone their magic at Shiz University.
