An Apple a Day

I had a fantastic experience filming in Newcastle upon Tyne and Seaham for this period production. It was great fun and all involved were really helpful and pleasant. Director Tina Gharavi was so friendly and offered advice, which was much appreciated. Can't wait to do more!

It was an absolute pleasure to play Charles Dance's double as his character 'Fred'. All the actors, the entire production team as well as the extras, director and assistant directors were great fun to work with. I never realised just what an enormous amount of work and people it took to create a film like this. Charles Dance is one of the most likeable and approachable actors you could wish to meet. He always greeted me warmly and we exchanged many amusing anecdotes about our lives. Hopefully I'll get to play him again.

Working on Project Hail Mary was an unbelievable experience. It was inspiring to see the dedication and talent of everyone involved in bringing the story to life. Working alongside such high-profile actors was amazing and made the experience even more fun. I’m proud to have contributed, however small, to what I’m sure will be a truly spectacular film.

Fantastic experience as a French Govt member running for my life in the Paris Catacombs (amazing set at Great Point Studios, Cardiff) in Young Sherlock. Met a lovely bunch of fellow SA’s. Very grateful to UVE for enabling the opportunity. Communication and clarity from them was first class. Thanks!
